As well as Integral Contributor to “Construct on Excellence” and “Transfer of Excellence” to Qatar. Currently, Mr. Subeir serves as Executive Advisor to Qatar Rail CEO pioneering, orchestrating, enabling, directing the delivery of a key cornerstone of 2030 QNV pillars, the Doha Metro. As well as Minster’s Advisor to the Ministry of Municipalities and Environment in Qatar
